All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or vehicle collection. This document outlines key terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your responsibilities for the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.
Eligibility Criteria
Renting a vehicle requires:

A full, valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category is required, held for the minimum duration stated in the Rental Agreement. 3. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be arranged via our website, by phone, or directly at our Cleethorpes location. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The total payment and a security deposit are generally required upon vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. Engaging in racing, off-roading, or similar risky behaviors is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle should not be used for purposes it was not intended for, nor should it exceed passenger or weight limits. Driving beyond the agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization is also prohibited.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Cleethorpes is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our overall liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount you paid for your rental in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not affect our liability for death or personal injury due to negligence, or for fraudulent activities.

These Terms are regulated by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be addressed exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
